  • What is the difference between Shaunta's Eyebrow service and others?
    Each appointment is 30 minutes long and that time starts with a thorough consultation to determine your brow goals. I analyze every element of your face and brows to optimize their appearance, determining where they should start, arch, end, and how thick or thin they should be for your facial structure. Every hair follicle is crucial to the finished product. The waxing service uses high-quality wax and you can rest assured that I NEVER double dip! When I'm done properly shaping your eyebrows a touch of powder of pencil and highlighter is applied to define their shape and polish them to perfection.
  • How offen should I get my brows shaped?
    Usually every 3-6 weeks to maintain your shape. However the choice is yours because it depends on how fast your hair grows and what level of regrowth you are willing to tolerate. I recommend rebooking your next appointment before you leave to ensure you get the most desirable time that fits your schedule.
  • What is eyebrow tinting?
    Eyebrow tinting is done using a semi-permanent dye specifically formulated for the eye area to add depth, richness and cover light or greying eyebrows. This is especially beneficial for brows that are barely visible due to being light in color and sparse brows on a case by case basis. With proper care, tinting can last 2-6 on the brow hair. The staining of the skin is an added bonus but the duration of that effect varies based on skin type and may not last more than a few days.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You have 12 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. I understand things may occur that are uncontrollable so I provide mutiple ways to contact me; phone, email, text, and online booking services. My time is highly desired by many other clients, the cancellation policy provides me with the time to contact and accommodate another request. Any cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours will be charged a fee for 50% of the service price. No shows/no calls will be chargd a fee for 100% of the service. There is a 10-minute grace period for tardiness, after 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee. Any arrivals after 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    No, by appointment only. An Appointment can be made same day if there is availability.

CANCELLATIONS

I value each of my clients and set aside time exclusively for you.

Therefore, I require 12 hours’ notice of cancellation in order to accommodate others who wish to be serviced. No exceptions.

  • Same day/cancellations within 12-hour window -- fee is 25% of the scheduled service.

  • No call/No Shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Late arrivals after 10-minute grace period $10 late fee, after 15 minutes I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

As a courtesy, please let me know if you are running LATE. To ensure the timely service of each guest, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive outside of the 10-minute grace period.
